Every warehouse stores, labels and tracks differently. IronEye puts the right sensors on one ground robot, so the problem on your floor is the one it solves.

RFID antennas read tagged products and pallets without a line of sight, so contents are counted without opening anything.
Cameras photograph both sides of the aisle. Computer vision finds open bays and reads the labels already printed on each case.
Add QR codes to the packaging or locations you want counted with extra certainty.
Observed counts and locations are compared with your warehouse management system, and differences are surfaced for review. Integration is scoped in the pilot.
Site safety and insurance review is part of every pilot plan, and runs in parallel with setup.
The problem: you need to count what's inside sealed cartons. RFID reads through packaging with no line of sight, but needs a tag on each unit, so it fits high-value, individually tracked items.
The problem: you can't tag everything. Cameras use the labels already printed on every case, with no tags to apply, but need a line of sight, so they fit cases and pallets stored in the open.
